Email Campaign Features

Send to multiple lists simultaneously

In case you want the campaign to be delivered to multiple contact lists, there is no need to send the campaign to each list separately. It is enough if the admin just enters the names of the individual lists to the recipient field.

Create Campaign

Three different ways provided for campaign creation.

Spam check

While creating campaign the user can check and identify the spam. The User is provided with score for checking the spam.

Schedule Mail

After creating your email campaign, it can be sent immediately or can be scheduled to be sent at a later time period by using Send Mail's built-in scheduling wizard. The User can edit this scheduling list also.

Split Test

In split test the user can send campaign to contact list and segments. The user has two options while performing the Split test they are .

  • Best performing campaign - It gives information about best performing campaign
  • Winner campaign-- Selects Winner campaign and sends to rest of the contacts.

Send Campaign

The user can send bulk contacts like thousand contacts per minute at a single click from mail and server settings. Campaigns could be sent to different segments , created from existing contacts.

CONTACT LIST

No upper limit is specified for the number of contact lists that can be created.

Custom Field

The user can create unlimited number of custom field for a single contact list. This custom field is used to add more useful information for those contacts. If you don't have any personal details for a custom field then you can set some data as default.

CONTACT MANAGEMENT

Add Contact

By using this option the user can add single , bulk or mass contacts from file or mail account. The added contact will be stored into the contact list where the user can use the contacts for sending the campaign whenever required.

View contacts

In view contact utility the user can view the details pertaining to each contact such as contact list name, contact activity status etc. If any contact is currently inactive, the user may activate it and then proceed with sending campaign.

Add bulk Contact

This is special option provided in this product. By Using this utility the user can add 200 contacts at a single click. In addition, the user can select the different separator for adding the contacts in the text box like Coma, Semicolon & New Line.

Remove contact

This is the special utility for removing the particular contact from the contact list. If the user analyses any of the contact unnecessarily present in the contact lists then the user can select and remove contact permanently by deleting from the entire contact list. It eases the burden on the user.

Import contact from mail

By using this option the user can import contact from the user account email. Our product supports both yahoo and Gmail domain. Utilizing this option within few seconds all your contacts in the mail account will get transferred to the selected contact list.

Mass contact form file

This is one among the prominent features of our product. By using this option the user can add unlimited number of contacts to the contact list by following the server settings. And user can select different files to upload the contacts by choosing the .xls or .txt format.

Export contact

The user can export all the account contacts within few seconds for user reference record. To Export the contacts the user can follow three different file formats like 'sql', 'xml' and 'csv'.

Retrieve option

While sending the campaign the user can attach unsubscribe link. If any of the user clicks any unsubscribe link then correspondingly that user comes under suppressed list. The User can also retrieve that unsubscribed contact.

REPORTS AND STATISTIC

Over all mail

Here user can view all of our sent mail status. The main use of this option reveals the campaign user where he can view campaign sent, opened, or in bounce status.

Bounce statistics

Bounce Statistics is one of the special feature. The User can view the statistics in many fields like contact list, auto responder, campaign, and also view the type of bounce whether it is hard bounce or soft bounce.

Statistics Snapshot

The Key feature in reports is Statistics Snapshot and it is available in contact list, campaign, auto responder and admin & sub-admin statistics. It will exhibit the entire mail statistics like open rate, subject, campaign name, time, un-open, bounce, send by, recipient and contact list.

Contact list

In contact list statistics user can view how many contacts are in open status, which contacts are being bounced and also indicating the contact list with how many users in unsubscribed position.

OTHER SITE FEATURES

Feed back form

The User can get opinions by processing the feedback form to other site and easily get feedback from other site users.

Subscription box

The user can add contact from other site using this subscription box script. If user adds the subscription box to other sites then if any of them filled their detail with a single click their contact will be added to that corresponding list automatically.

SAAS

Problems inherent to web hosting will have no relevance to you hereafter. You may avail the services of email-M through the SAAS concept, remitting the payments on monthly rental basis.

Sub admin

To share the workload of the admin, sub-admins may be created. Admin may grant previleges to the sub-admins so that they can send campaigns and edit contact lists on behalf of the admin.

Sub admin monitoring

The number of campaigns sent by sub-admins along with the date can be known by the admin. Admin can also keep track of the number of contact lists created by the sub-admins.

Report Generation

For each campaign delivered by the admin, a detailed report covering various aspects such as delivery or failure of message, number of persons who opened the mail to read its contents, count of persons who clicked on the link in the campaign, if any etc will be presented as a summary to the admin.
